Starting up soon, Thurs 24 April!

Hello all,

Gearing up for a new term– we start up on 24 April, then 8 & 29 May, 12 & 26 June, 10 July.  Put those dates in the diary!

We’ll keep singing many of our faves this term, concentrate on some madrigals and songs we’ve only scratched recently, and add a new setting by Jeremy Lawson (“Rest Sad Eyes”) of Robert Louis Stevenson’s “Windy Nights.”  No rude remarks, please.  It will seem long, but it’s basically a repeated chorus with some slightly different sections in between the repeats, what is known as a Rondo form.

Here is a list of the pdfs you should have printed out– the titles in BOLD are either new or ones we’ll try to use frequently.  Please try to have them organised and sorted, so they’re (relatively) easy to find.
